Is there a minimum number of days I must retain her?
A: There is no minimum, everything from a hourly phone rate, monthly training subscription on-line, or annual or one time site visit is available. What most clients use is a combination of on-line plus in person site visits, but Linnaea Newman Associates can tailor a training program to fit any company’s requirements.

A: Follow-up training is always available, both on-line and in person. In fact, the driving force behind this web page is the on-going need to support past, present and future trainees on an on-going basis for an affordable fee.

Rather than watch new techs typically overwater for their first six months of service, underwater for the next six months, and then quit, felling inadequate as a plant service technician, the One Minute MaintenanceTM license allows technicians and their managers to follow their progress in each of six core compentencies necessary to be proficient in the art of plant maintenance.
